I M Events is able to assist with a variety of services, including venue hire and bespoke dressing, sourcing top quality suppliers and caterers, and organising iconic entertainment.

It’s really important that our clients' voice is heard throughout their event planning journey, so we always provide our clients with a range of options at every step to be sure their event is tailored to their exact requirements.

We respect that every client has different requirements for their event, that's why we always promise to add personal touch recommendations unique to each event.

As well as honouring each client's timeline and budgets, we work carefully within our team to deliver the most impactful event based on realistic expectations. 

The Process

  • From our very first consultation we will outline all expectations for the event in discussion.

    You will then receive a detailed creative proposal including any venue recommendations, themes, entertainment, floristry and decor required.

    Once the proposal is tailored to your exact liking and your seal of approval has been given, you can expect a custom timeline of preparation.

  • On the day support to manage all vendors and suppliers, and ensure you and your guests have a seamless event.

  • I have proudly built trusted relationships with a range of suppliers that I can rely on to bring a quality service to your event.

  • Every event is unique in its own right. We celebrate individual flair at I M events, that’s why personal touches will always be a special part of your event.

  • I offer post production as part of your event service, including personalised favours and keepsake film/ photo edits (if required.)

    Maintaining strong relationships with our clients is highly important to I M Events and so I offer follow up and feedback sessions, in the hope to work together on your next event.
